My current path to inner healing

This weeks meditation exercise was very enlighting for me personally. I felt that it was extremely beneficial. I would not only recommend this meditation to others but I have already. I had my sons and my husband practice this meditation technique with me this week and they all found it helpful as well. Being able to replace my inner suffering and termiol with loving-kindness has lifted an emotional weight off my shoulders. I feel that I am more excepting of life's daily chaos because of my new daily meditation routine. This course is not only helping me currently as a student but as a mother and business professional as well. 

This meditation as well as the other weekly meditation sessions are building my mental state. My daily mental workout has strengthened my focus and concious decision making abilities. A mental workout is just like a physical workout, if you workout everyday then your muscles build strength and stay strong. Similiar to a physical workout, daily mental workout strengthens your mind and helps your mental state to stay strong. A mental workout is only beneficial if you dedicate daily practice to it or else, just like a physical workout your strength will fade and not remain strong. I have learned that the key to mental strength and awareness is daily routine and practice. 

This picture is of my recent MRI. I think my brain is really healthy looking and I wish I had a pre-meditaion MRI to see the difference.
